- ELECTRICAL ACCESSORIES
Engine gauges, bilge pump, live well pump, aerator, manual valves, speedometer head and control cables, Sun/Lake water temperature gauge including sensor and control cable, depth finder unit and transducer, compass head (fluid unit only), battery main and selector switch, isolator switch.
- ALUMINUM BOATS
Structural welds in hull (pontoon logs).
- TOURNAMENT USAGE
Extends all coverages to failures resulting out of or during any club or professional sanctioned tournament.
GENERATOR PACKAGE
- ENGINE
All internally lubricated metallic engine parts contained within the cylinder block including; pistons, rings, bearings, crankshaft, rods, rod caps, camshaft, timing chain/belt, oil pump; cylinder head(s), block and cylinder barrels if damaged as a result of mechanical failure of an above listed part.
- COOLING SYSTEM
Engine coolant recirculating water pump, heat exchanger.
- ELECTRIC CONTROLS
Fuel cutoff solenoid, ignition switch, alternator, regulator, ignition coil, starter motor, main engine wiring harness.
- GENERATOR UNIT
Stator, armature, brushes, rectifier and diodes, relay.
Drive Deluxe Coverage
- ELECTRICAL
Alternator, voltage regulator and rectifier, starter motor, including brushes, armature, windings, magnets, end caps and housing, starter solenoid, ignition module, power trim motor, power tilt motor, battery box, battery selector switch, battery main switch, spark plug wires, terminal blocks, engine mounted wiring harness and connectors, choke solenoid and primer switch, wiper motor.
- INTERMEDIATE HOUSING
Steering arm and bearing, universal joint bearing, gimbal bearings and gimbal housing, sleeve and connector, steering pivot and shaft, shift lever and roller, shift bell crank and pivot housing, u-joint, drive yoke, steering yoke, engine coupler, intermediate housing;(holes in/or leaking bellows excluded).
- ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM
Closed system circulating water pump, heat exchanger, water pump pulley.

- JET PUMP
Internally lubricated metallic parts contained within the jet drive case; pump case if damaged as a result of a mechanical failure of a covered part.
Personal Watercraft & Mini Jet Boat Coverage
- ENGINE
All internally lubricated parts contained within the cylinder block including; pistons, piston rings and pins, main bearings, crankshaft, reeds, reed block and cage; cylinder heads, block and cylinder barrel if damaged as a result of a mechanical failure of an above listed part.
- JET PUMP SYSTEM
All internally lubricated parts contained within the pump housing, bearings, bushings, impeller and housing. NOTE: Impeller is covered only due to mechanical failure.
- DRIVE LINE SYSTEM
Drive shaft bushings, bearings and flywheel ring gear.
- LUBRICATING SYSTEM
Complete oil injection system including pump, drive gear, oil level sensor and oil lines.
- FUEL SYSTEM
Fuel pump, fuel cap, petcock and all metallic fuel lines.
- CONTROLS
Throttle cable and control handle, steering control assembly, steering gate, rudder.
- ELECTRICAL
Starter, stator/alternator, voltage regulator/rectifier, ignition module, coils, solenoids, relays, manual switches, gauges.

Outboard Motors Deluxe Coverage
- POWER HEAD
All internally lubricated parts contained within the cylinder block including; pistons, piston rings and pins, main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, crankshaft, reeds, reed block, and cage; Cylinder heads, block and cylinder barrel if damaged as a result of mechanical failure of an above listed part.
- LOWER UNIT
All internally lubricated parts contained within the lower unit housing including; drive shaft, drive shaft bearings, pinion gear and bearing, shift cam and follower, forward and reverse gears, carrier bearings, shims, thrust washers and carriers, clutch dog and pin, shift shaft; propeller shaft and housing if damaged as a result of mechanical failure of a covered part.
- STEERING / CONTROLS
Steering, shift and throttle cables, steering wheel and hub, swivel bracket and bearing,hydraulic head, cylinder and flow valves; shift control box (non-electrical), steering control helm assembly, control rack and yoke assemblies.
- ELECTRICAL
Voltage regulator and rectifier starter motor including brushes, armature, windings, magnets, end caps and housing, starter solenoid, power pack/switch box, amplifier, power trim motor, power tilt motor, stator, ignition coil and switch, neutral safety switch, power pack, trigger coil, spark plug wires, terminal blocks, engine mounted wiring harness, and connectors, electric spark advance module, high/low speed spark advance modules, ESA solenoid, choke solenoid.

- TRANSMISSION
All internally lubricated parts contained within the transmission case including; clutch and thrust plates, planetary gears, shift bands, drums, hydraulic pumps, valve bodies, carrier bearings, shafts reduction gears; transmission case if damaged as a result of mechanical failure of a covered part.
- LOWER UNIT
All internally lubricated metallic parts contained within the lower unit housing including; drive shaft bearings and pin, pinion gear and bearing, shift cam and follower, forwards and reverse gears, carrierbearingss, shims, thrust washers and carriers, clutch dog and pin; propeller shaft and housing if damaged as a result of mechanical failure of a covered part.
- V-DRIVE CASE
Internally lubricated parts contained within the V-drive case, including bevel gears, carrier bearing shims, thrust bearings and shafts; V-drive case if damaged as a result of mechanical failure of internally lubricated part.

SALTWATER USAGE
Extends coverage to inland coastal water the U.S Canada out to 50 miles and is required for any vessel that may ever be used in saltwater.
TURBOCHARGER
(Included on all diesel engines; not available on gas engines) All internally lubricated parts within turbocharger housing, wastegate actuator.
